How To Use Sauna: 1. Plug Portable Far Infrared Home Sauna power socket into electrical outlet. If an extension cord must be used, it should be less than 3 meters long. No other electrical appliances should be connected into the same extension cord. 2. After sitting on folding chair inside the Portable Far Infrared Home Sauna, close the zipper all the way to the neck, and close the Velcro strap around the neck. 3. Extend hands outside the sauna through the hand slots to set controls. 4. Press the POWER button once to activate the Portable Far Infrared Home Sauna LED digital display shown in the display window. Press TIMER button to set for 10, 20 or 30 minutes. The timer will simultaneously turn on the heater and the FIR, automatically counting down to 0 before shutting off power. 5. Press the FOOT button to turn on the Portable Far Infrared Home Sauna heating element and FIR on the foot pad. If the foot pad is too hot, move feet to the sides or press the FOOT button again to turn it off. 6. Once a thorough sweat has been achieved, turn off the power from the Timer Control Box and cool down. 7. Wipe off sweat from the chair and cushion and close down the

Infrared
light lies between the visible and microwave portions of the electromagnetic
spectrum. Infrared light has a range of wavelengths, just like
visible light has wavelengths that range from red light to violet.
"Near infrared" light is closest in wavelength to visible
light and "far infrared" is closer to the microwave
region of the electromagnetic spectrum. The longer, far infrared
wavelengths are about the size of a pin head and the shorter,
near infrared ones are the size of cells, or are microscopic.
What
this sauna includes: 
A
conventional sauna heats the air in the chamber to a very high
temperature, which in turn heats our body. A FIR sauna works differently.
Neither oxygen molecules nor nitrogen molecules in the air can
block the FIR wave; therefore, the FIR unique wave length penetrates
directly into our body a couple of inches. It makes us feel quite
warm and we perspire profusely, but our skin is not hurt by the
hot air. Some heavy metals accumulate under our skin and the FIR
sauna is very good for sweating out heavy metal deposits under
our skin.
